SyncMaster entered the market with a clear premise: African composers are underrepresented in global sync licensing, and the current workflow — directory submissions, unvetted libraries, unclear rights — is broken on both sides of the deal. They needed motion that communicated that clarity of vision without over-explaining it.
We built a content suite for their early access campaign. Three platform concept videos directed to demonstrate the product flow and the composer network, and a hook-first portrait piece built for short-form distribution. Every frame was directed to land the same message: human curation, rights clarity, a marketplace built to work.
The brief was simple — make the platform feel credible before it went live. The motion had to do what the product promised: cut through the noise, and deliver the right thing to the right audience.
